This oceanfront residence is located at the finest resort in Bal Harbour and features two bedrooms with two full baths. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Access to all the hotel amenities is also included. We rent only to responsible guests who want the best of Bal Harbour in a quiet, quality environment. There will be no additional discounts if some amenities and not available during your stay. Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $225 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit.
