Located in the heart of the Eastern Townships, the NATURE & AVENTURE cottage offers you tranquility and country pleasure near the Mont-Orford National Park. This ancestral home and restored to the taste of the day has multiple living areas that can accommodate up to 12 people with charm and comfort: 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 double bed and 2 single mattresses), dining room, dinette, den, 2 bathrooms, small living room / entrance as well as main living room with a stone fireplace and television. In the basement, there is a family room with a plasma TV and firestick. There is also a bedroom with two bunk beds ( single over doubles) where an additional 6 people can sleep and a laundry room. We have a spa and an above ground swimming pool will be present for summer 2021. Morning coffee, BBQ dinner or campfire, come and enjoy the view of the woods! This property which sits on 2.7 acres and has a small pond and stream that you can relish. Enjoy a variety of outdoor, sporting and cultural activities all year round! The cottage, is close to 3 lakes with sandy beaches, 2 golf courses, cycle paths, hiking trails, canoes and kayaks, tennis, spas, equestrian centres, vineyards, shops and gourmet restaurants in Orford , Magog and the famous Hovey Manor! The cottage is 10 minutes from Magog and 15 minutes from North Hatley. For the winter months, several activities are available to you: skiing at Mont-Orford (5 km), public skating rink (500 m), snowshoeing, walking, and cross-country skiing in the National Park only to name a few.
