Waterfront Home with Hot Tub and Saltwater Pool

Resort like living with many amenities provide a nearly all inclusive vacation! Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from your large covered deck (lower level only). FREE unlimited use of kayaks, paddleboards, fishing poles, paddleboats, firepit, inground pool, ping pong, cornhole, hot tub. Additional fee for pets, jet ski, pontoon rides, or in home massage packages. Rental property is lower level only - please read entire listing for house layout description. OUR PROPERTY: Over 100 feet of water frontage and tons of watersports to enjoy! Ample parking in a circular driveway for vehicles, trailers, and boats. Dock parking also included with lake access very nearby. We are fortunate to be part of the 50% of the lake that has year-round deep water. SLEEPING. Sleeps 8. Two bedrooms, each with queen size bed, dresser, closet and ceiling fan. Bunk beds with pull out trundle are in a common area. While this location is unconventional, it allows large groups to enjoy a vacation together and accommodate extra guests. A large sofa can also fit one (not a sleeper sofa). BATH: One large full bathroom, newly tiled, with large shower. Toiletries and towels provided. LIVING/DINING. Two sofas and a recliner in living room with cozy gas fireplace. TV with Roku with automatic logins for Netflix and Hulu. Enjoy a selection of puzzles, games for all ages, and books. Dining table for six. KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen includes all large and small appliances, including thoughtful additions such as crockpot, quesadilla maker, griddle, pizza stone, etc. Complimentary coffee and tea provided, as well as several condiments and spices. OUTDOORS. Walk through glass doors from your living room and kitchen onto the amazing covered deck complete with bluetooth sound system, ping pong table and patio dining. From there, you are right on the recently landscaped lawn. Enjoy a pair of cornhole boards, propane and charcoal grills, and umbrella-covered chairs. Overlooking the water is a unique round brick firepit and seating area, complete with swing-out grill for fires or cooking. Fire starters and wood provided. POOL. Up above the property is a fenced in-ground unheated saltwater pool You are responsible for lifeguarding. Pool available approximately April 1 through Oct 31. Covered area with couches, lighting and ceiling fan allows hours of enjoyment. Pool toys and loungers included, or bring your own. Owners often use pool in evening, but daytime use is exclusively for you. HOT TUB. Brand new hot tub overlooking lake, with low voltage lighting that illuminates the area each evening. Enjoy the surround sound bluetooth music system and colorful lighting. Please shower before use, outdoor shower available seasonally. Fits 4 people comfortably. Owners take great care to ensure a hygienic environment. Guest use of hot tub takes priority over owner use (you don't need to worry about owners joining you, lol). GAMES: Indoor and outdoor games for all ages. Ping pong, cornhole, ladderball, football, jigsaw puzzles, kids and adult books, kids and adult board games, jenga, playing cards, etc. LAUNDRY. Help yourself to the laundry area with washer/dryer, iron/board, vacuum, etc. at any time during your stay. This area also shared with owners. ** All guests must sign a liability waiver upon arrival regarding the use of pool and water facilities. ** Pets. Your dogs are welcome for an additional $15/pet/night. Max 2. Must get along with other dogs since we have two. ** House layout...we are a duplex, but top and bottom instead of side by side. An interior stairway connects the two levels but remains locked during your stay. I use the stairway during the cleaning process after you depart. Renters have the entire fully independent lower level with private entrance, private accommodations, private deck. Owners live on top level with different entrance on opposite side of house. **Two adult owners and two small old dogs live on property...we are awesome people, lol, and you will see us taking care of our property and boats and utilizing some of the great amenities that are also available to you. We love our home and want to appreciate all the efforts we have put into it as well as share it with you. Our past guests have given us positive reviews and refer to us as attentive and helpful and friendly, so please make sure you are comfortable with that arrangement before booking. ** Boat rental. One jet ski (can fit two people) available for rent by the hour, $60/hour, subject to change. We help you get started, give you safety instructions, and help you dock. Pontoon rides available ($75/hour, subject to change). Owner drives, you and your friends and pets ride. Food and beverages permitted. Please give owner some advance notice of your interest and availability for either rental option since both require owner assistance. ** Massage Packages for your special occasion. We have formed a relationship with a licensed massage therapist who will come to the house for in-home massages, either indoors, on the deck or docks, or anywhere you choose. We have utilized her services ourselves and can attest to her professionalism and quality. Subject to therapist's availability. Please inquire about rates.
