Fully furnished with many amenities provided including hand soap, dish soap, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent with washer and dryer, linens and towels for bed rooms, bath and kitchen. First floor has entire game room with foosball, pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, and bar. Home comes with 6 HD cable connected TV's (LR, 1 each BR, game room) and one additional TV for gaming (console not provided) in the loft. We even include plenty of board games for family fun inside with many of the classic favorites. The exterior includes a large wrap around deck with 3 sets of patio furniture, charcoal grill (Charcoal not provided) and propane grill (propane provided) and hot tub with view of the lake. The grounds are plenty big enough to enjoy yard games which are included with your stay such as corn hole, horseshoes, ladder ball, bocce ball, can jam and we are always adding more. Property also has a fire pit to enjoy with friends and family (fire wood not included). Great location for all season activities, close to RT 80 and Turnpike. Less than 10 minutes from Big Boulder/Jack Frost Ski Resort and minute’s drive from many other Pocono activities including water parks, hiking/biking, hunting/fishing, horseback riding, fishing etc. Community comes with the use of 2 lakes, fishing allowed on both and one lake has a beach to enjoy the rays as well as tennis courts. Lockable exterior storage and boat rack area under the deck for yard games, bikes and ski equipment when you return from your days activities. Also there are 4 individual kayaks and 1 double seat kayak and 1 canoe. Boats can be launched out the back yard or near the beach.
