Events and Parties What makes this space so rare is that it has been used to host private house concerts with touring artists like 21 Pilots, The Lumineers, Chris Jamison, and several world renown magicians. This being so, it is ideally setup for events, gatherings, and parties. Please note: All guests intending to create an event must provide details to the listing host about your intended event prior to reservation. Guests will be asked to pay an additional $200 fee for events that invite more than 4 guests. This fee permits up to 30 guests to be on premise. This fee does not cover any damages that may occur. Free Parking Space Located behind the apartment building is a free parking space (#10 or #11) in a private lot near Mound and High Street. There are many meters and paid options, like the Columbus Common Garage, nearby. Self Check-In Guests will be provided with a keypad code to retrieve a key that accesses the apartment building and the apartment doors. The Neighborhood This apartment is located above an attorney's office in Downtown Columbus, A suit shop, bail bond, and Irish pub are also below, near the corner of High and Mound. There are several more restaurants, including Spanish Tapas, Barbecue, Pizza, Tacos, South American, New American, Chocolate & Winery, within a two blocks' walk. A large Kroger grocery store is 3 blocks away. Getting Around Easy access to Uber, Electric Scooter, Cogo Bikeshare (across the street), and several Bus stops, which surround the apartment building. Other Activities Aside from the many restaurants, there is a barcade, ax throwing destination, several music venues, speakeasies, Franklin County courthouse, and late-night table tennis and darts tournaments all within close walking distance. The Southern Theatre is right down the street (less than 1 block away). Depending on which direction you walk, Columbus Commons, German Village, and The Scioto Mile are all 2-3 blocks away. The Ohio Theatre and Palace Theatre are 3-4 blocks away. The Nationwide Convention Center is within walking distance or 4-5 minutes by Uber/Lyft. Nationwide Arena, The Ohio State Buckeyes Stadium, Promowest, and Coopers Stadium are all 5-7 minutes' drive.
