Forget motels and B&Bs, here's your own, full-equipped NYC-style 3BR/2B, 4500sf Loft: huge LR, prof gourmet kitchen, beautiful farm views, secluded backyard, mod appliances, a/v system, parking, full privacy. Near two beautiful beaches (one on the Sound, the other on the Bay) and in the very center of the North Fork Wine District, within walking distance of four top vineyards, Across the street from the area's best farm stand. The space The New York TImes Real Estate Section talked about the multi-million dollar homes being built in the Hamptons. The article said, "The look of the homes is evolving: modern is making a comeback, but modern in the guise of barnlike. 'The modern barn is the Hampton equivalent of a Tribeca loft.'" This unique modern, open loft space is perfect for cooking, entertainment, and just relaxing indoors or out. Located smack in the middle of Long Island wine country, nestled between four of the finest vineyards on the North Fork and across the street from the best and most fully-stocked farm stand on Long Island. Many people as about the accommodations: The master is large and has a queen, sleeping 2. The guests are good-sized and have doubles that each sleep 2. The sleeping lofts each have 2 queen size mattresses that sleep 2, so each loft can sleep 4. The pull out sofas are doubles and each sleep 2, and there are 4 of them. There are two full size bathrooms each with two sinks. The master bath features a double shower and tub: the guest bath has one large shower. We have been told -- without exception -- that the pictures do not do the Loft justice. (I did the best I could, but you are welcome to come see for yourself.) Guest access Full access to all apartment, including fully appointed kitchen, barbeque, fully stocked with wine glasses, china, etc. Easy and quick access to both Sound and Bay beaches. Near Love Lane, which boasts true gourmet shops, and the Mattituck Shopping Center with supermarket, drug, and snack shops, as well as a Cineplex with 8 screens. All amenities are accessible, including cable TV, Wi-Fi, music system, kitchen appliances and accessories, washer/dryer, etc. A housekeeper and groundskeeper are available for special requests, as are the owners, who live nearby. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets; we have guests with allergies who cannot tolerate even traces of dander, etc. So sorry. We will make every effort to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We love the North Fork and want you to as well.
