We have 3 bedrooms, 2 parking spots, 2 Smart tv's, cable, apple tv, sonos system, internet, well furnished kitchen with new 8 burner stove, coffee, espresso & washer/dryer. The residence has large outdoor furnished gardens with fountain, outdoor fire place and alfresco dining. The 3,000 sqft residence has a funky art gallery vibe with lots of remote working spots designed into space. The space has lots of unique moments to enjoy for work or family stay. The Residence is attached to a beautiful recently renovated 200 year old church, even though you won't have access to the church proper you will enjoy the gardens. The split level loft style home is in the old rectory of the church that was owned by a world renowned artist and sculptor for the past 50 years. The residence is just off of First Street in downtown Benicia.
