With 450 sq. ft., The Cardinal Cottage features a queen-sized bed, kitchenette including a Sub-Zero mini fridge with ice maker, microwave, full flatware set, Keurig with K-cups, plates, cups, bathroom with walk-in shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Turkish Towels, full lake view with electronic, adjustable shades, private patio with propane fire feature. Common Areas include a lakeside gas fire pit with seating for 8, two hammocks, outdoor dining for 8 beneath lighted oaks, horseshoe pit, putting green, multiple lakeside seating areas, two large decks, wood fire pit, lighted dock, jacuzzi, (2) kayaks, (2) Stand Up Paddleboards, Pickleball court, disc golf, and pool. *This rental is for one of four cottages, common areas could be shared with other guests. *Sunrise Point at Cedar Creek Lake is also a wedding venue. There could be times tours are happening on the property but should not interrupt your stay here. *Scheduled weekly maintenance
