A covered and extended patio to enjoy sun or shade, tables/chairs/loungers and also a new BBQ for your use. Two sets of golf clubs (his and hers) Guests are encouraged to take pride in this home and treat it as they would their own. A non-refundable cleaning deposit will be used to ensure the house is as clean for the next guest, as it was for you upon your arrival.
