You can see wildlife like a group of deer that frequent the backyard or the neighborhood lynx making his rounds in the morning. Guests will have access to upstairs main half or the house separated by private entrance. Guests will also have an access to 2 car garage. The main space has a very large kitchen opened to a living room and there is a deck of the kitchen. Outside you can access BBQ grill and utensils as well. Amazing patios and yard. The home is recently remodeled with exceptional taste. It is just 15 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park or 15 miles to the experience of Boulder and walking distance to Lyons downtown or a beautiful mountain park right on the river. It is also just down the street from Hall Ranch which is one of the best mountain biking trails in the country. There are lots of hiking trails close by and the place is surrounded by nature. The rooms are decorated with simple contemporary higher end furniture and the bedding is mostly from natural hypoallergenic materials or organic materials.
