Make yourself at home in this four (4) bedroom, 2.5 bath rental located in the popular Elk run Subdivision in Basalt, Colorado. Start each day at the nearby slopes and soak your cares away each evening in this home's fantastic hot tub. This tri level home is located at the end of a neighborhood cul-de-sac and backs a walking trail. Beautiful views and hot tub can be enjoyed from its wrap around deck. The well equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and stone countertops and has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. An outdoor gas grill is also available. The bar and dining area provide plenty of seating for everyone. In addition, the main level includes a bright living room surrounded by windows, a relaxing sitting room, a wonderful electric fireplace, and a beautiful half bath. The upper level master bedroom features a queen bed, large flat screen television and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and bidet. A second upstairs bedroom has two (2) single / twin beds. Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and large flat screen television and another with two (2) single / twin beds and a large flat screen television (not shown in photos). The lower level also has has a den with futon which can accommodate two (2) extra guests as well as a large flat screen television and full bathroom. Each bathroom features in floor heating; and each flat screen television includes a Sonos sound bar. Please be aware that this home has outdoor surveillance. Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles in the driveway, and street parking is not allowed. A limited stock of basic guest supplies is provided to start off your stay, including coffee filters, non-dairy creamer, salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, food storage wrap, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent. House Rules: • Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. • No refund will be issued to travelers who cancel less than 30 days before check in. This includes road closures and/or inclement weather.
