This is a strictly Non smoking Non vaping rental, we appreciate your understanding. The space 1850s dairy barn converted into beautifully appointed living quarters with lots of character. Once you step through the front door you will enter an open living room/kitchen area equipped with coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen needs. TV is located in the cabinet in the corner of the living room. The sofa folds out to a sleeper with sheets inside one of the foot rests, blankets and pillows can be located in the single bedroom. Towels and TP are located in the hallway shelving. Lovely bathroom with tub and shower is located conveniently between the bedrooms for easy access. Two queen size rooms and a single bedroom are located on either side off of the kitchen hallway. You can only imagine the lives once lived around the farm. Enjoy the fresh country air and strolls on this lovely 36 acre property with West Plum Creek meandering through. Beautiful scenery with rolling hills to the west. Only a short drive to Historic downtown Castle Rock where you can enjoy the "Ecclesia" for a variety of unique restaurants, go across the street to the "barn" and enjoy fabulous shopping with many choices of vendors! Welcome to our farm, have a wonderful stay! Guest access A private entryway to the cottage is on the left, after accessing the large main barn door. The front porch and yard on the left is for you to enjoy, and grill outside if desired. A trail at the end of the larger barn leads down to the creek and meadows on the property. No open fires allowed. Please, no four wheel vehicles beyond the parking area of the cottage. If you have a dog with you, please keep away from any horses on the property. Bring your hiking boots and back packs if you wish to hike around the beautiful 36 acres.
