Welcome! Inside the home, the entry staircase leads to the expansive 2nd level living area with massive windows that bathe the space in natural light. You’ll find soaring beamed ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen and built-in surround sound stereo system. The open floor plan is ideal for family and friends to gather, cook, play games, relax or watch a movie. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Viking stove, and all the necessary dinnerware, silverware, stemware and cookware provided. If you want to chill out on the couch or in bed, there is a smart TV with cable, Netflix and Hulu in the living room and 3 bedrooms. There is fast internet provided with WiFi access. There are also classic board games if you need a break from electronics. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the 2nd story patio as you watch bike riders heading towards the beach. The master bedroom suite is also on the 2nd level. It’s nicely shaded for a good night’s rest and has a wood burning fireplace, tv with cable and an ensuite carrera marble bathroom with a deep whirlpool tub and separate stand-alone shower. If you need to get a little work done, there is a private office within the master suite. Off the dining area, you’ll find a spiral staircase to the 3rd level roof deck, ideal for soaking in the sun away from the crowds or cooking on the gas BBQ. There is plenty of space for lounging while reading a book or relaxing on balmy evenings. Downstairs on the 1st level there are 4 additional separate bedrooms, 2 with streaming TVs (Netflix and Hulu included) and 2 full bathrooms. There’s also a bonus room with a ping-pong table and piano for some indoor fun. If you want to head outdoors, there are boogie boards, a surf board, beach chairs, umbrella and towels, or take the bikes at your disposal for a ride on the bike path along the Venice Beach Boardwalk or ride up to Santa Monica or Malibu. When you return after a day at the beach, you you can enjoy the outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. Or, Abbott Kinney Blvd. is a few steps away with many trendy restaurants, boutiques and a vibrant night life. The home is also the perfect spot for venturing out to LA’s most popular attractions. It’s easy to get to Beverly Hills, Hollywood, the Getty Center or Universal Studios.
