Comfortable and Quiet

Our home is centrally located in the valley, providing a quiet, secluded environment off of a country road with comfortable ranch-style accommodations. Wildlife, sunsets, and views are plentiful, visible from the front porch or the back yard. We are close to the airport, (15 mins) Glacier National Park, (20 mins) and Whitefish Mountain Resort (35 mins), Bigfork (30 mins). The space itself is an open floor plan, with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. The living area, dining area, and kitchen is open in the center of the house. We have another room in the back of the house with a futon and a pack-n-play. It is four miles to Columbia Falls downtown, where there are restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and a post office. It is roughly twenty minutes to Glacier National Park, Whitefish, Kalispell, and Bigfork and we find it the perfect location if you want to explore any or all parts of our area. The house is comfortable and quiet. We offer Free wireless internet, TV/cable, Tempurpedic mattress, washer/dryer, Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom, fire pit and picnic table, covered porch with table and chairs, spacious fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, two queen beds, leather furniture. We do not have air conditioning because the house is well shaded and stays very cool even on the hottest days. We live next door and would love to help you in any way or are happy to keep out of your way depending on what you want us to do! We are an active family who takes advantage of everything Northwest Montana has to offer and are happy to share our knowledge. If you have a friendly critter they are welcome for $30 a night. Please make sure they are respectful of our home just like you would be. Please keep in mind that during the end of the summer there are chances for wild fires in the area. This is part of living in MT and the west coast. There is a possibility of smoke in the area, and a fire ban which would prevent having a fire in the backyard fire pit.
