Summary: This Condo offers guests a comfortable stay with an entire apartment to enjoy and relax in. You'll get not just an entire apartment, fully furnished with all the extras, but also enjoy a great location, with lots of things to do in the community. Beulah is located just over an hour, or about 75 miles, from Bismarck. Lake Sakakawea is only 20 minutes away. Camping, hiking, boating, swimming, birdwatching, and other outdoor activities are close at hand when you stay in Beulah. The Space: Although our unit has A/C it does not have central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living room so if you're visiting during the summer months we recommend leaving the bedroom doors open to circulate the cool air. We can also supply fans if the A/C isn't quite doing the job. Guest Access: This unit is located on the third floor so guests will need to climb stairs to access the unit. As a bonus, Summerbreeze is pet friendly with a one time pet fee! Bring your pet, as long as you are respectful of your surroundings and clean up after your pet. When you stay at Summerbreeze, you'll also enjoy cable in your apartment. You'll have access to a coin-operated washer and dryer just down the hall, same floor, for your convenience. The Neighborhood: When you book with Airbnb you have the benefit of staying in our “best in class” rental located next to the downtown with plenty of shopping and services available. Getting Around: Hazen is a small town so bring a car or truck:) Other Things to Note: Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
