The deck out the back is HUGE. there is a gazebo of the deck and a 33 ft round pool. there is a private tiny house for sleeping. There are 2 regulation Bocca Ball courts and a massive fire pit in the yard. Perfect place for a Wedding or a family reunion. Wonderful front porch that is relaxing and quant. The house is to be left the same way as when you came in. Throw out your garbage, clean and put away your dishes and make sure it is broom swept. This is the country,critters love left over crumbs. I will do the heavy cleaning after you leave.If the house is left a mess it will come out of the security deposit. Any damage that is caused by the guest will be the guests responsibility to pay for the damages. if it is more than the security deposit the guest will be responsible for the additional sum.
