Welcome to paradise on the river. Our waterfront property has a nice yard, covered patio, ping pong table and boat dock. This home (duplex) is on a dead end street just a few minutes from downtown Louisville. You will feel like you are in another world while still being close to the city. River Refugee is the most peaceful spot on the river. It's a 3 bedroom duplex with a private boat dock, lounging area, ping pong table and firepit. We also have a few shared amenities, like our brand new putting green that is being installed the 1st week of May. Bring your own kayak or jet ski, we provide floats for the water. Private Boat dock on Ohio river just north of duffy’s landing.....3 bedroom, 1 bath and wonderful covered patio area. I’m available 24/7. We don’t live on the property but are close by. As much as we love the river it can be dangerous for children, please bring life jackets. This is a duplex with a shared yard and waterfront. Please ask questions before you book with us.
