The surrounding waters are great for boating, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding. The neighborhood features excellent walking and bicycling paths, and there is a restaurant, tiki bar, convenience store and marina across the Overseas Highway from this quiet subdivision. Just 17 miles from Key West. Parking is limited, with room for 2 vehicles max.  This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Up to 2 pets permitted with manager's approval and payment of nonrefundable $150 fee per pet. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($150) - usage above those amounts will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
