We are across from a beautiful church where you can sit out on the top deck and hear the ocean. We are close to town and the beach centered right in the middle of all ocean beach has to offer. Great for families and friends to rent together and enjoy a little beach time away from the hustle and bustle. Updated with new couches, linens, pillows, towels and more. Two bedrooms downstairs (one bedroom with two beds and one bedroom with two beds and a full bathroom), one loft upstairs with four beds and a half bathroom. Sun deck off of the upstairs loft and a full kitchen. Full bathroom off kitchen. Living room with two couches and dining room. AC units throughout, outdoor shower, bikes, wagon, Dish network and WiFi. All it needs is you and your family! Available for questions or issues via text message or email. Great location midway between town and the beach. Right next to the church. far enough to avoid the hustle of town but close enough to get back to it. Bikes are available at the house, we also have a big cart available to anyone renting to get from the ferry back to the house. Pay special attention to bike rules on the weekends.
