THE UNITS Each 600sf Apartment features: - 1 Queen bed in the bedroom; - Living Room with a Sofa bed (no balcony); - DINING AREA with a table for 4; - Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove (no oven), coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator. - All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing! THE PROPERTY Enjoy access to all the resort amenities including: - 24/7 FRONT DESK and security; - Daily Housekeeping; - Direct beach access from the property; - Complimentary beach towels; - Swimming pool (unheated) with loungers, umbrellas, and tables; - Spacious fitness center; - Laundry facility ($2.50/cycle); - Valet-parking ($35/day); - The metered public parking lot is located only 2 blocks away, it is free from 6 pm until 8 am and $1/hour during the day. Please read the meter before leaving the car since the price can change during the holiday and special events. - Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella rental ($5/day/lounge chair & $10/day/umbrella including weekends & holidays). In the light of COVID-19 restrictions, some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice: - Wearing a mask and social distancing are enforced to all guests; - The swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM; - The Gym is open from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM - All guests have access to the beach; - The Beach chairs and umbrella costs $5 each and it is being handled by a private company; - The Daily housekeeping service is upon request only; - No parking area on the property. street parking is available 6:00 PM - 8:00 AM, exceeding hours can cost $1/hour; - No restaurant on the property.
