Poppy's Great Escape - 4 Bed/4 Bath - Hot Tub

Located in a private subdivision, this pet-friendly* cabin with hot tub is perfect for large groups and family retreats to the mountains. With a spacious four bed/four bath floor plan on three levels, there is plenty of privacy for every guest. There are shared amenities of a pavilion picnic area in the subdivision. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a queen bed and chair that pulls out into a sleeper. The main floor master bedroom has a queen bed and features cathedral ceilings and its own private deck. There is another bedroom on the other side of the main floor with a queen bed and twin bed. A large screened-in back porch is off the main floor and is perfect to relax and look out into the woods. Downstairs is another bedroom with a fireplace and king size bed as well as the game room featuring a bumper pool table. Gate code will be provided prior to stay. Please check your email after reservation for check-in instructions. Property Notes: - We have a Ring doorbell camera and one exterior security camera facing the driveway. There are no cameras in the house. - The bedroom on the second floor is set back in the loft enough to have privacy, but it does not have a door. - The bedroom in the basement does not have a door except the one in the stairwell. - Please no RVs or trailers. They will be hard to turn around in the parking area. - The property is located at the end of a single lane, paved road that is steep in places. This property requires either a refundable damage deposit (a $1500 hold on your card at the time of your stay for up to a week, not collected at property) or a one time fee of $35 for a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan (purchased through us after booking). VRBO also offers various insurance options at checkout. If you choose one of their damage protection plans, we will only remove the hold from your card if you send us your policy number so we can confirm your plan. Check-in instructions will be emailed to you at the time of your booking. If you don't receive the email with check-in instructions within an hour, please contact us immediately. *There is a pet fee for all pets that are not service animals. The pet fee is $75 plus 13% tax (per stay, not day) for the first pet, and $50 plus 13% tax for each additional pet. Please let us know about your pets right after you book and we will email you an invoice before your stay. Note: This invoice is sent manually after booking and is not included in the booking total even if "pets" is selected. At our rentals, we like to prepare for the unexpected. That's why we ask for a refundable damage deposit (a $1500 hold on your card for up to a week that is refundable, provided no damage occurs). However, you can bypass the hassle of a damage deposit by purchasing Vacation Rental Damage Protection for only $35 per stay. We've partnered with Generali Global Assistance to offer this plan that covers accidental damage during your stay without putting a hold on your card, and there's no deductible. Additionally, although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason. Vacation Rental Damage Insurance (G-20VRD) - Insurance Premium: $35.00 - Max Coverage Limit: $1,500 Guest Protect Travel Insurance (G-330CSA) - Insurance Premium: 6.95% of total price Note: These insurance options are invoiced manually after booking if requested by message and are not included in the booking total. Please select the correct number of guests when booking. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. No late check-outs. This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily. Property STR License #: STR-21-0007 The only pets that are acceptable are dogs under 50 pounds. Guests must let us know in advance, and the pet fee is $75 (plus tax) for the first dog, and $50 for additional dogs. If it is found that guests brought a pet/pets without disclosing them, the guest will be subject to a $150 fee on top of the pet fees for the number of pets brought. There is no parking or turn-around for an RV, Camper or trailer. Guests causing excessive noise or disturbances, including, but not limited to, underage drinking, partying, drug use, and exceeding max occupancy, will be asked to check out immediately and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount with NO REFUNDS. Guests who leave the place excessively dirty will be subject to additional cleaning fee. Examples of excessively dirty are stains on the floors and walls, pots and pans left unwashed in the sink, and trash left on the floor and outside. Any guest that checks in early without written permission may result in a $50 per hour fee. Any checkout after 10:00 am without written permission may result in a $50 fee. Any checkout more than 2 hours after check out will result in a fee for the entire daily rate, without any discounts, and guests will still not have rights to the property. Any guests checking out late that cause us to refund the next guests are subject to reimburse us for that amount, on top of the fees previously stated.
