Adorable cozy 1 bed, 1 bath waterfront cottage with private porches and a fabulous view of the water. A great place to enjoy the morning with a beautiful sunrise and your coffee, nap in the hammock under the oak tree and have happy hours in the evening - dockside. Adirondack chairs and umbrella await! A/C and toasty heat, super comfy Queen bed, 32” HD Flat screen Smart ROKU TV and WIFI, Breakfast Bar area with sink, small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. Cottage sits near the main house on a 1 1/2 acre wooded property, with your own lighted steps to the water. Waterside fire pit. Easy in/out access for 2 Kayaks (seasonal use, closed for winter Dec 1-April 15) available for use or bring your own. Gas grill available upon request. If you enjoy nature, the wildlife will take your breath away...sit quietly on the dock and you might see bald eagles, osprey (nest every year in the cove), blue herons (fishing right next to you!) owls, hawks, geese (nest every spring in the flower pot), ducks, occasional swan, fish, fox (our resident fox will hide shoes left out) and deer.
