" - 1300 sq ft/single level home - Hulu, HBO, Disney (3 Tvs) - High speed wi-fi - On canal that connects N. & S. lakes of Tenmile Lakes. - Plenty of parking - Boat ramp on-site - Boat docks/beach - Pet friendly - Large outdoor space for fishing, walking dogs, watching wildlife, & sunsets. - Watch a drone view of search 'Tenmile Retreat' on Youtube. 1 mi to store/restaurants 3 mi to Spinreel Dunes 8 mi to Winchester Bay - Equipped kitchen - Washer/Dryer - Self check-in/check-out - Safe place for kids and pets since it is back from the main road - Toddler friendly with pack-n-play and high chair - Pretty private, only 1 neighbor - Entire home, plus outside areas - Lock up kayaks/personal items left on the beach. We are not responsible for stolen property. - You can use the boat ramp on-site if you feel comfortable and have 4- wheel drive. There are 3 other ramps in Lakeside if you prefer a less steep option. - The dock is first come, first serve. Or there is plenty of room to beach motor or paddle boats My wife and I live on the green house at the top of the hill. We will give you your privacy, but here if you need help or to answer your questions. - Great fishing, kayaking and boating on Tenmile Lakes. - Walking distance to nearby campgrounds (Osprey RV resort and N. Lake Resort). - 1 mi to grocery store and restaurants - Boat rentals available at Ringo's Marina and Campgrounds - 3 mi to Dellenback Trailhead or Tugman State Park - 25 mins to North Bend/Coos Bay - 40 mins to Shore Acres/Cape Arago - 45 mins to Florence Driving is the main method to get around. Lakeside is flat, so if you have bikes it is an easy ride to the store or county docks. A taxi from North Bend and Coos Bay is $21.00. There is a long term rental next door. The dock is shared with this rental too. We are working on getting more docks. There should be plenty of room to either dock or beach your boat. There is room for your trailers and toys but trailers > 15' should back in from the main road. Also keep the road open between the red and blue rentals. Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP.
