The Barn

THE BARN. This is a guest house on 10 acres surrounded by farmland. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and dining, full laundry set up and 2 car garage. We lovingly call it the barn because it looks like a barn and is frequently mistaken as a barn. A real wood fireplace in living room makes this a cozy place to stay. Large patio offers unrestricted views. Located just a few miles from town so you are close to the main attractions and trails. RV/trailer parking available. Quiet, comfortable with 360 views of the surrounding mountains. Great for large gatherings or a quiet weekend away. Smart Lock used on main entrance. You receive a personal code immediately after booking confirmation with instructions. This is just off of highway 50 west of Fruita, CO and only a couple miles from I-70, close to world famous hiking and biking trails. We live on the property so we are available to help if problems arise. Otherwise you will not be bothered by close neighbors or street lights. Rural farm and ranch area just a few miles from Fruita and the Utah border. The Colorado National Monument is visible from the front door. Colorado River access nearby with boat dock and walk/bike path. rural location requires a vehicle as we are not near any public transportation. Our dog may greet you when you come.
