This two-story cottage style townhome offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeps 6 adults and two children. Open concept living with kitchen, dining, living, laundry, half bath and master suite (KING) on main floor. The first floor also opens to an oceanfront screened porch and paver patio with gas grill and high-top dining table. The Kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances, standard coffee maker and gas range. The second master suite (KING), a guest room with private bath (QUEEN) and a bunk room are located on the second floor. . The master and guest room open to the upper screened balcony with spectacular views of the Atlantic and Cottages pool. This Cottage is also equipped with a second fridge in the garage and a street legal 6-seater electric cart. IMPORTANT: TO HAVE ACCESS TO CART DOCUMENTATION MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
