Stunning Lake House w/ 2 Story Dock and Hot Tub

Beautiful lake house located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains on Lake Lanier. Open floor plan with a large outdoor living area and an amazing view of the the lake. We have a two story dock with sun deck, water toys, and a hot tub to relax in after a long day on the lake. This home is perfect for a week away with family/friends or a romantic couples retreat. Unique modern pacific-northwest design. Amazing kitchen with everything you would need to cook gourmet meals and each of the 4 bedrooms has its own private bathroom! Max occupancy is 8 with no more than 6 adults. No visitors allowed without prior approval. We are serious about the occupancy limits and will enforce them. From June 1st through August 31, we only allow weekly rentals with Saturday check in/out.
