Queen & single fold out bed in bedroom, futon in living room. Sleeps 4 total. This private 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom, a futon and sleep ottoman in the living room. Sleeps 4 people max. A private fully stocked kitchen for your own convenience. Linens and towels for all 4 quests are including in the cleaning fee. The rental agreement is legally enforceable and includes all the specific terms and conditions laid down by the owner.
