Wonderful property in Clackamas, nestled in a pleasant neighborhood on a corner lot with a large back yard and some undeveloped green space land behind, you will find a perfect retreat for your group while visiting the region. As you walk in you are greeted with an open living and dining area that connects to both the kitchen, family room, as well as the stairs that lead up to the bedrooms. Both the family and living room have flat screen LED TV's with integrated Roku for streaming. You won't want to miss the large fenced in back yard and deck with seating and a BBQ for your grilling desires. If the weather isn't cooperating then head into the garage where it has been set up with a couch and some additional seating for Ping Pong and extra space to spread out. Upstairs there are three bedrooms set up with a number of sleeping options. The primary bedroom boasts two queen beds which can be great for families or groups that need more sleeping surfaces, the primary bathroom has recently been completely refinished and has a wonderful soaking tub to rest and relax from your travels. The second bedroom has two twin bunk beds and makes a perfect space for families with kids or young adults travelling. Another fantastic feature is that it connects to a jack and jill type bathroom that is shared with the final bedroom. The third bedroom has its own queen bed with ample storage and comfort. Just a couple miles to Clackamas Town Center and the 205, you have easy freeway access to anywhere in the region. This home has it all, please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
