You will be in the "big" house (top two levels) of this former resort. You will have the entire place to yourself including your own private upper deck, and the 2 car garage. Gather in the great room for large meals and activities, or head upstairs to the amazing theater with a 10 foot screen. Slip away into the game room for puzzles, board games, and fun, or find a quite nook to read a book or head out onto the deck and enjoy the luxurious view. Enjoy two master suites complete with their own en-suite bathrooms, a bunk room with 5 beds for the kids, and two more King Bedrooms. There is an additional full bathroom on the main floor and a half bath upstairs. But wait there's more... the two car garage also has a second full kitchen and another full bathroom and shower... great for rinsing off after the lake! Take full advantage of Table Rock lake just steps down the end of the driveway. All of this to make the perfect vacation you and yours! There are two additional (separate) apartments on the lower level of the property with their own separate entrances, deck, and parking area ...and they do not share any common spaces with you. The lower units may be available at an additional $150-$200/night if you are looking to gather with a larger group. Message us if you are interested, and we can let you know if they are available. Along the cove behind the house there are several docks with boat slips , but they are considered private property and access is not allowed without the permission of one of the slip owners. Please be courteous and do not enter or walk onto any of the private docks unless you have permission. You will self check-in and use your door code to come and go. The lakeshore is public access and there is a path directly behind the house to the Lake. Launch your boat right up the street. Boats & jet skis are available for rent in Kimberling City, you will need to contact them directly. We have recommendations in our guide. Just 30 minutes to the Branson airport or less than an hour to the Springfield airport both with Uber & Lyft available.
