Come and enjoy this brand-new home! Located 3 minutes walking distance from Monument lake and 7 minutes from Historic Downtown Monument, where you can find various shopping and dinning opportunities. Every room has its own TV plus it has two living rooms, and a ping pong table. During the summer we provide two paddle boards for the lake. Pikes National Forest is next door, offering plenty of outdoor recreation. The house is great for a family gathering or reunion where guests can enjoy the lake, have easy access to Air Force Academy (10 minutes away), and visit Colorado Springs (Denver is about 50 north as well) and its gorgeous outdoor activities. The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every guest to ensure your safety and comfort. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to spread out and have privacy during your stay. There is a beautiful open living room upstairs with large windows letting in plenty of natural light. On cozy nights at the Hideout indulge in a warm fire and a movie. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there are two dinning tables; one large dining table to gather all together and a smaller one for a quick snake. A front porch with mountain and lake views is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. the lake is 3 minutes walking distance. Head to the basement for another full level of comfort. There are two spacious bedrooms and a bath as well as a work spaces and a ping pong table. A ping pong table and a large tv-watching sports events will make it feel like a night out at home!
