Bath towels, linens, pillows and mattresses are all new, and chosen with 'comfort' in mind. Seasons Room has hosted many parties and events; bridal, baby, birthday, work events, reunions, holiday parties - even Super Bowl. Location, atmosphere, decor comfort and seasons room are hands down guest favorites! Location - Walking distance to uptown for dining, shopping, events. Walking distance to The Constitution Trail (45 mile of hard surface throughout the Normal-Bloomington area). Great for walks, biking, rollerblading, dogs. Beautiful scenery Atmosphere/Decor/Comfort - All modern yet cozy furnishing throughout the house. Total of 6 smart tvs, streaming Hulu, Netflix and Amazon. High speed internet, blue tooth speaker in the family room, new light fixtures and ceiling fans in all rooms, many candles and fireplace light with a click of the remote. Very comfortable blankets and pillows throughout the house. All beds are memory foam, Tempur-pedic and cooling pillows in the rooms, down filled futon/couch in the unfinished basement bonus room, Seasons room - Large Seasons room for guest to host their own guest and families. Large dining table, 2 deep seat down filled couches, 70" smart tv, sound bar, remote candles, pac man gaming, lots of privacy as seasons room has open view to backyard/patio, this room has it's own air/heat unit Beds/Sleep 3 Queen Beds - 2 queen beds on 1st floor, 1 queen bed in basement 3 Futons - 1 in basement bonus room, 1 in Futon Nook area and 1 futon cushion in the Storage room 3 Air mattresses - 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin, plug in, pillow top 3 Couches - more than welcome to sleep on couches Kitchen, Laundry Room and Bathrooms are stocked. Kitchen is stocked for cooking and dining. Bathtub/shower upstairs. Shower in basement has detachable handle (good for showering pets and toddlers). Plush bath towels . Bathrooms stocked with toiletries, Laundry room has plenty of supplies. Park - The elementary school is on the same street a few houses down, great park for climbing and swinging Games - Corn hole, board games, puzzles, books, cards as well as bad mitten can be found in the basement. 4 cruiser bikes in the the shed that guest are welcome to use to explore the area. Long driveway holds approximately 4 - 5 vehicles. Parking on the street is not allowed overnight. If you are traveling with a dog, please inform me prior to check in as there is a pet fee of $100 per dog (max 2 please). For parties of (6) or more, the additional cleaning fee is $75 flat.
