(None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement. As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout.  The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property.  We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances.  Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.
