Skippin’ Stones on the Lake of the Ozarks

Lake of the Ozarks property located on the lake at the four corners at MM 31 in the popular Linn Creek Cove. The perfect place to relax or take in activities around the lake. Nestled in the trees on a quiet cove minutes from lake front bars and restaurants. Gather your friends and family and plan to stay awhile. The main floor boasts a newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances including a convection oven. The dining area just off the kitchen has a large table with 8 chairs; plenty of space to gather for meals. The family room has a large sectional couch and plenty of area to take in all the lake views or play one of the many board games included with your stay. The main floor also includes a large utility room with a refrigerator, washer and dryer. The master suite has been completely updated with fresh paint and flooring. A large deck off the main floor will come in handy for relaxing on the hammock or grilling. The second level has two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bathroom (tub and shower). The other bedroom has a bunk bed (queen bottom with twin XL on top). The house comes with several air mattresses and spare linens. The spacious deck has an outdoor table and chairs, charcoal grill and a hammock. The boat dock has a large swim platform with wet steps and Adirondack chairs for relaxing. The boat slip is 30’x12’ and open to our guests during their stay for no charge. Guests also have access to 2 single kayaks.
