This cozy little bohemian inspired garden-level apartment is right within walking distance to key places in Cheyenne- the hospital, Capitol building, state offices, etc. Park your car and walk everywhere! Prep meals in this full kitchen and take care of your laundry in the shared coin-op laundry room. This is a garden-level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. There is one next door and one 2 apartments above. There is a nice little patio visible from the kitchen window that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and "old" building noises may occur. The original claw foot tub/shower is a sweet reminder that this place has been around a long time! Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay. The coin-op laundry is right through the kitchen door. There is also a shared patio on the front of the house to enjoy your morning coffee. I don’t live at the property, but I’m not far away. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us for any needs for your stay! 2 blocks from the hospital; 4 blocks from the Capitol; So close to all the shopping and restaurants downtown! Free parking on site or on the street in front; Uber & Lyft available Pets are welcome! I do charge $10/night per pet for a maximum of $50 per stay. Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks are required to schedule a cleaning approximately every two weeks so my cleaner can change the bedding and towels and give everything a shining. This is charged via the Air BnB app separately on these occasions. No smoking (any kind) or vaping on property Please respect quiet hours between 10pm-7am
