Separate entrances and fenced, separate yard for 4-legged family members (dogs welcome). Off-street, private parking. The Guest Suite includes the following: -Guest Suite occupies entire 2nd floor. Separate parking and entrances at rear of house. -4 bedrooms - 3 with queen size beds, 1 with a double size bed. -2 baths. -Kitchen, dining, and living room (open concept). -Private entrance, convenient to private parking space. -Parking area of 45' x 20', additional 40' x 20' space available in main driveway, if needed. -Private, fenced-in yard. -Dogs welcome (additional fee per stay). -Linens, towels, dishes, and cutlery provided. -Air bed available upon request. -Updated casual lake house. -Large decks in front and rear of house - back deck faces the lake. -I (the owner) live on the first floor of the house and am home during guest stays. I generally try to stay out of the way so that guests feel at ease. However, please be honest about the number of guests and pets as I do notice. Additional guests or pets above the number booked, or damage to the property will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking.
