Chalet at Castle Point Paradise

Welcome to Chalet! This single story cabin is located along the Seneca Lake wine trail on the west side of Seneca Lake. The cabin is an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen/living/dining room area.  The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinner ware for 6 persons.  The living room has comfortable furniture to lounge on, along with a large screen tv and electric fireplace.  The dining room seats 6 and has a set of patio doors that go out onto the back deck area where you'll find an outdoor dining set and a gas grill. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, extra large closet, and an attached Master bath with a shower.  This bedroon has large windows that face over the front porch and toward the view of the lake. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located at the opposite end of the cabin from the Master bedroom, with a full bath in between.  Bedroom 2 has a Full size log bed and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed with windows looking out toward the lake. The cabin has a spacious yard if you would like to bring yard games to enjoy and there is a firepit area.  The parking area has room for 4 vehicles. **We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.  **NO PETS or animals allowed at any time.   **No parties allowed at any time.   **Smoking prohibited except in outdoor areas.   **Guest must comply with maximum occupancy AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
