This fabulous, fairly new, well constructed home rests on 3 acres and backs up to 50 acres of natural forested mountain at 3300 feet in the desired Crabtree community of Waynesville. Yet the home is easily accessible via a paved road. The home is a quiet getaway, secluded from the crowds but centrally located to Waynesville (9 miles), Maggie Valley (19 miles), Cataloochee Ski Area (20 miles), and Asheville (25 miles).
