One block from Spokane river, Riverside State Park, paved Centennial Trail, miles of mountain biking and hiking trails. 20 minute drive to downtown Spokane. Close to Bowl and Pitcher. This updated house features a fully fenced yard, 30' X 55' basketball / pickleball court, covered porch, updated kitchen, updated bathrooms, and king beds in every room. Unique decor, handmade sliding barn doors, 16 house plants and a stunning 6' dinning room table made out of an ancient cedar stump. Dogs are welcome. No additional fee. Internet is provided. There is no central air conditioning but there are 3 stand alone ac units. One on the main floor and two upstairs that do a good job at keeping the home cool. There are wild peacocks that live in the area. They are seen frequently around the Airbnb. They are very pretty and unique especially in the spring and summer. They make noise - google peacock noise. Just FYI I try and respond to all booking requests ASAP - usually within one hour. This is a strict no party property! I do not accept single night booking. Two nights minimum.
