Beach House in Leavenworth Has River Beach Access

The house is new construction and sits on 3.5 acres on the Wenatchee River. It is 2 miles from Leavenworth with shared access to our private beach. In July & August you can enjoy the swimming hole, play on your paddle board, or go tubing. There is year around bird watching. The large front lawn has river views and a fire pit surrounded with rock seating. The hot tub and BBQ are in covered areas facing the river. The house interior is open floor plan with complete kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests. There are 2 futons for 2 additional guests at 50.00 per person per night. Our house max capacity is 6. There is a TV in every room. The hot tub and BBQ area is a private, covered area next to the house with a large table and benches. Our beach is a rare find and a great place to play in the warmer months. We operate a tubing operation right from our beach in July and August and the beach serves all our customers and guests.The shuttle takes you up to the KOA and you tube to our beach.
