You've stumbled upon one of our favorite private homes which has undergone a recent "Glow Up" + the pleasure is all mine to tell you what we've done with the place! What used to be a quaint little space with limited room to rest has had an interior remodel in which we have done an impressive top to bottom transformation that even we can't stop bragging about. Cutting no corners, we have pulled out all of the stops with this home as we re-designed the entire kitchen and dining spaces to have a open concept and updated all appliances to brand new stainless steel options. We created a light filled kitchen space with bright white cabinetry, quartz countertops and beautiful backsplash and added some expressive personality to the kitchen with bold lighting fixtures to catch your eye. The entire home looks brilliant beyond comparison with fresh grey paint, modern styled baseboards and trim, upgraded bathroom vanities and high quality LVP flooring throughout the home with the softest padded carpet added to each bedroom. With a noticeably quiet, family friendly neighborhood and tasteful touches of tidy décor, we have no doubt that this home will provide a serene space for you to rest during your travels. The well furnished living room and downstairs family room are ideal spaces for gathering and lounging with loved ones. We don't take lightly the task of ensuring that our guests are given nothing but top of the line comfort for sleeping soundly with high quality, hotel grade mattresses and fresh linens within every bedroom. You'll have access to the entire home, including a spacious, fully enclosed backyard with dining furniture and plush green grass and can enter the home through the upbeat, colorful blue front door which has a coded door lock. As our guest you're invited to come and go with ease without needing house keys or interaction with the hosts. Should you need our help or feasible additional accommodations during your stay, we are happy to assist you through the online platforms or by way of text. House Rules and Important Notices: Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services. Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below Pet Policy: Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
