This spacious home is surrounded by so many things to do with family and friends. This is the first home I ever bought and raised my three children in I hope it serves you well like it did me for so many years. The house is located in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates a private community in Wayne county only 2 hours from NYC. Wallenpaupack Lake Estates (WLE for short) is nestled on the shores of fabulous Lake Wallenpaupack, one of Pennsylvania's largest man made lakes, 13 miles long with 52 miles of shoreline. WLE is a haven for wildlife, including deer, wild turkey, bald eagles, and red tail hawks. WLE was made for fun! Come on and jump in!!!      Beaver Lake Pool - heated swimming pool, kids pool, picnic area, tennis courts (reservation required), snack bar and craft shop Rockledge Pool - heated swimming pool, water slide, bocci, shuffleboard, volleyball courts, picnic area and snack bar Deer Lake- private sandy white beach, swimming, non powered boating and fishing Beaver Lake - private sandy white beach, kids playground, barbecue and picnic area, swimming, non powered boating and fishing Game Courts - tennis, basketball, baseball, handball, ice skating / roller blading available, 3 playgrounds Heated Indoor pool with sauna                   Fitness Center (key available upon request) Kasper Lodge - pinball machines, video games, pool tables and snacks Adult Lodge - Small gathering place for people 21 years and over. It includes a map of the development, even more things around town to do (since we only listed a few things here), restaurant recommendations, places to shop, seasonal activities, rainy day options, and much more. Feel free to ask if there are any local events happening when you plan to visit and we will provide you a list of things to do. If possible we will set up anything requiring scheduling so you can just come and enjoy. HOUSE RULES *Please leave shoes in the shoe cubby *Please put all garbage bags in can on deck (Animals will get into the trash and rip it up) *Please don’t smoke in the house (there is an ash tray and butt can on both decks) *Please don’t park on the grass *Please wash all of your dishes before you leave *Please do not sleep on the couches *Please check fridge and freezer to make sure you didn’t forget anything *Please leave badges and gym key on the kitchen table *Please be mindful of the neighbors (no loud music after 11pm and no fireworks) *Please turn off all lights and close all windows before you leave Reminders: *There are no animals allowed unless agreed upon beforehand *If you are going fishing just make sure you have a current PA license *There are cameras on the outside of the house (this is used for safety and to make sure house rules are being followed NOT to infringe on your privacy) *Checkout is at 11am and the cleaners arrive promptly at 11am to clean for the next guest Fines for breaking House Rules *Parking on grass $500 *Smoking in house $500 *Bringing an unauthorized animal $500 *Unplugging cameras $500 *Extra guests not on reservation $50 per person per night *Garbage left outside of can on deck $25 per bag *Checking out late $25 for ever 15 minutes *Missing badges $25 per badge *Stealing anything at all $500 and police will be notified *Throwing party $500 and police will be sent to house *You will be liable for any and all damages inside or outside the property and will be charged for full replacement value *If house is left dirty there will be a $50 an hour cleaning fee beyond regular cleaning (This is extreme case we clean the house between guests, but if there is throw up or someone wet the bed etc…)
