Relax and have fun in this brand new townhouse on the quiet north end of town. Just a nice walk along a dune trail gets you to the expansive beach and the glorious sunsets. Inside, you and your loved ones can enjoy making meals in the new kitchen or relaxing in the living room by the gas fireplace. Out back there is a covered deck, cozy deck furniture, and propane grill. If you're into games there is a shuffleboard table, Xbox, ping pong, darts, and a Ms Pacman 2-player pub table that plays for free. * Brand new 2 Story Town house, 3 bdr, 3ba, 5 beds, and garage. * FIRST FLOOR - full kitchen, living room, laundry room, ½ bath, Bedroom with attached full bathroom and walk in closet * SECOND FLOOR - 2 bedrooms and full bathroom * 1539 square feet plus 240 square foot garage * Sleeps 8, INCLUDING infants (city rule) * Quiet hours 10pm to 8am (city rule). This includes indoor noise that may disturb neighbors. It is a city ordinance. * Dogs allowed, only, limit 2 dogs. No other animals or pets. There is a $75 fee to bring 1 or 2 dogs. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the house or garage at any time. * Just a short walk, on a dune path, to the beach * Town house is across the street from the beginning of the Discovery Trail * One block from Peninsula golf course * On the quiet north edge of Long Beach WA, but just minutes from downtown * Maximum stay 7 days, but contact us for waiver. * Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. but no food. Guests provide their own food. * Per city rule- Limit 3 vehicles total at the house and no parking in the cul de sac. No room for trailers or RVs. * There is one security camera, facing the driveway, that records video 24/7, but no sound. It is outside above the front door and faces the driveway. * There is one "Minut" decibel reader in the house. It alerts to loud noises. It does not recognize voices, words, or record. * It is always best to enter your accurate dates and guest count when booking. The nightly base price covers the first 4 guests. After that it is $20 per guest per night. * The person who booked the property must be present during the length of the stay. * Outside guests or visitors are not permitted. We respectfully put forth that only those numbered on the reservation may access the property. * This is a non smoking property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted on the condo building property, including the back deck. * A $400 refundable security deposit is required, and will be placed as a hold on primary guest's credit card. * -A signed rental agreement is required and will be emailed when the booking is made.
