This beautiful home welcomes you through the front door with an open layout overlooking the Pacific. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with all new appliances and a long bar with plenty of stools to lounge in. Step out onto the deck and you'll be greeted with an ocean breeze; you can stay awhile in our Adirondack chairs. If you're feeling like you need to warm up, start a fire in one of the two indoor fireplaces, cozy up next to the fire pit, or change into your suit and enjoy the outdoor hot tub! If you're looking for privacy, sneak away to the top floor master suite and enjoy the view from the 3rd story. Want to visit the beach? You're 30 seconds from the door to the sand on a  path just North of the property. Overall, this home has something for everyone in your group. The wide windows maximize the gorgeous view, and the access to the beach couldn't be easier.  Here are the highlights: It's oceanfront with beach access right down to the sand. To get to the beach, walk down the driveway. You will notice a wooden gate just a few steps down the road and to your left. That is the gate to a shared pathway to the beach. There's a hot tub, 2 indoor wood-burning fireplaces, 2 roomy and private king bedrooms, 2 living rooms, an attached garage playroom with tons of games, and a newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances.  The sleeping arrangements are comfy and intentional. Orca Manor sleeps 11 between 3 bedrooms and there are 3 bathrooms. Here's the breakdown: 1 Oceanfront King with private  bathroom, top floor 1 Oceanfront King with shared  bathroom, 1st floor, bottom floor 1 bedroom with 2 Queens and 1 Twin top bunk and shared bathroom, main floor 1 Queen Murphy bed in the bottom floor living room with shared bath We would love to have you stay at our fabulous Orca Manor home! COVID-19 INFORMATION We are taking Covid-19 precautions very seriously and are striving to keep our homes a safe environment for our cleaners and guests. We are abiding by the mandate, stating that all short-term rentals must have at least 24 hours between guests. In addition to the regular disinfecting and cleaning of surfaces, washing of towels and linens, and scheduled deep cleans we are also: - washing and bagging all towels - disinfecting and bagging hair dryers - washing duvets more often and putting the inserts through the dryer to kill any      bacteria/virus/pathogens with heat - spraying pillows with disinfectant - most of all, the 24 hour mandate is the best way to prevent the transfer of virus as a          surface contraction is extremely unlikely beyond 24 hours AMENDED CANCELLATION POLICY During the Covid-19 ongoing pandemic, we have amended our policy to be more flexible. We are giving guests up to 14 days prior to arrival to cancel for a full refund, and up to 7 days prior to arrival to cancel for a 50% refund. Additionally, should the Oregon Coast be shut-down again due to government mandates and we have to cancel our guests, we would offer a full refund even if we were past the 14 day mark. Should where you are traveling from have a travel ban, but the Oregon Coast remain open, we would be unable to offer a full refund if past the 14 day mark.
