This will occur on the side of the house, during the day only. Please be aware there will be some slight construction noise and soft cussing.* Traveling with your pup? 🐶 Please inquire about pet FEES before booking. You must agree to the following pet rules: - Limit two dogs per stay. - No other animal species allowed. - No puppies or incontinent dogs allowed. - Dogs must be potty trained and potty & poop outside. We do not allow potty pads to be used. - Owners must pick up their pet poop from the yard and throw it away. - Dogs must be leashed when not in the backyard. - Dogs will stay off all furniture and out of the beds. - Dogs will be supervised at all times. - If left alone, dogs will be crated. - Dogs will be current on vaccinations and flea/tick regimen. - Owners will be responsible and liable for all damages caused by their dogs. As a condition of your booking, you agree to the following: - To complete the Pre-Arrival Form & provide the full name and age of each overnight guest. Additional day or nighttime guests are not allowed without prior host approval. - To not tamper or disable the Ring video doorbell or the Minut noise monitoring device. Minut alerts us to noise above 75 decibels, such as parties and smoke alarms. It is not a recording device. We welcome your conversation or if you'd like to be left alone, we'll value your privacy. Just know we're available 8A-9P via the app. If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1 or the respective emergency numbers on the Safety Card on the fridge. The Lodge is located in a quiet, established residential neighborhood. Your neighbors have lived on our block for decades and like to keep an eye on things. :) The area is somewhat walkable/bikeable. Having a car or using Lyft/Uber definitely opens up more areas to sight see, restaurants, and other venues you won’t want to miss. Need a ride? Get a $5 Lyft credit at https://www.lyft.com/i/LYNN535450 A bus stop is about a block away if you want to take public transportation. The occasional emergency vehicles, overhead helicopters and airplanes are a great reminder about the close proximity to Will Rogers Airport, Wiley Post Airport and Integris Hospital! Guests will have access to the entire house, except for the locked back/stock room off the kitchen (which is off limits). To access the fenced backyard, you have to exit the *front* door and walk around the side of the house to the fence/gate. Laundry facilities are available by request. The facilities are in the unfinished garage and accessible through the side garage door. We provide the key, along with detergent and dryer sheets. You may see Leslie, our laundress, the day after your check-in. She drops off clean laundry in the garage, by accessing an outside garage door.
