A main house and two cottages directly on historic Hills Beach. Walk ten steps out of any of the doors down your private stairs and you'll be on your private beach. There are three decks on the ground level and a deck on the second level of the main house. Main House 1st Floor: Open concept Kitchen and living room with a dining table that seats six. Gorgeous ocean views. Full kitchen with plenty of storage and preparation space including a island with three counter stools. Living room includes a sectional couch which is great for a cozy movie night. 60" TV hooked to an apple TV and includes Netflix, Hulu, HBO Plus etc. Off the living room a large screened in deck with a Farm Table that easily seats 8 and can fit up to ten. Perfect for lobster dinners or something a bit more fancy! Main House 2nd Floor: As you come up the stairs the second floor deck is to your left facing the ocean. The deck runs the length of the house and is great for reading and relaxing in the sun. Bedroom #1 Queen size Bed and Double closet Bedroom #2 Full Size Bed and Closet Bedroom #3 Two Twin Beds and double closet Main House full Bathroom with Massive shower The main house sleeps six total. Star Cabin: Recently renovated and all pine Star cabin is very cool. Cathedral ceilings, tons of light and full on ocean views. The cabin has a Queen-sized bed and bunk beds, sleeping four total. Star also has a full bathroom with a shower. Star has a full deck running the length of the cabin right on the ocean. Magala Cabin: The Beach Bungalow also boasts a deck that runs the length of the house! Magala has a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator and an oven/stove. The first bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the second a full sized bed, sleeping 4. It also has a bathroom with a shower. The “compound” has off street parking for 4 cars or 6 with a little bit of tetris but not much. What I love about this really unique set up is that people can have their own space while still vacationing together. Whether it’s is the kids all together in the Star cabin or young parents with children could stay in Magala while the grandparents stay in the main house. At low tide you can walk to the islands right from your beach!
