Muskoka Spring Cottage Retreat

Welcome to my 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage on Stewart Lake. Stewart Lake is a prime destination for fishing, water sports, and is fully motorized with ice fishing in the winter. A 2 minute drive from Foodland, Home Hardware and LCBO, my cottage is ideal for families, groups and anyone looking for a weekend getaway with nature. My cottage is a third-acre with over 100ft of waterfront, has panoramic views of the sun and stars, and a rare sandy beach walkout that is child-friendly. More information The space The space is fully furnished with two queen beds, one king bed, one single bed, a bunk bed, an L shape couch that converts into two single beds and three couches for a variety of sleeping options. My cottage is two storeys with an abundance of activities including billiards table, poker table (chips provided), board games, game consoles and entertainment system. There are two SMART TV's with built-in wifi to watch all of your favorite Netflix titles, listen to music or stream the internet. My cottage is rare in that it provides multiple sources of heating and is run by municipal water. There is no septic system, the water is fully drinkable and you don't have to worry about any water issues (Brita in the fridge as well). The outdoor area is very intimate and spacious with a work bench, eating bench and a large fire pit. We have a BBQ in the backyard as well. My cottage sits on a large lot with over 100ft of water frontage on flat land, which gives you open space to relax and enjoy sunsets! The dock is approximately 16 feet long for fishing and relaxing on. The water on Stewart Lake is fresh and awesome to swim in. We provide water toys and life jackets (please return in shed). There is also a spacious patio with a dining area that has stairs leading to the waterfront. The basement has a direct walkout to the water front as well so you are never lost with options to view Stewart Lake. -All towels and linens are provided. Just pack your bags and embrace the cottage -All water toys and sport equipment are available for guests and located in the shed Guest access -Everywhere on the property is accessible except the garage and bunkie which is the white and green structures to the left of the cottage when you enter. (Renovations) -Please put all garbage in bags and and leave in the front inside the bins. St Louis is 40 minutes from the cottage and a perfect getaway retreat -No candles in the cottage unless there is a power outage. In case of emergency, contact numbers will be provided -The lake is great for fishing. Fish inclusive of muskie, pickerel, bass and perch. -The Arcade system is for guest's to enjoy but please use with care and do not put food or drinks on it.
