We have an 8 person hot tub on the property, not a swimming pool** We do not, under any circumstances allow parties. The number of people listed on your reservation are the only guests allowed on our property, period, unless you obtain permission from us prior to your stay. In the event that you throw a part there will be a $20 fee per person we see entering our property on our security camera that is not on your reservation, an additional assessed cleaning fee based on condition and a $200 fee to cover management overtime to meet police and escort you off the premises. We have a ZERO tolerance. Our neighbors do notify us and we do check our cameras. Easy Livin' is a single family home in a quiet neighborhood next to Easton Towncenter Shopping. Close to central Columbus, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of downtown, this ranch home is ideal for families and small kids. As parents of 2 toddlers, we do our best to childproof our homes, provide cribs, baby gates, pack n plays, toys, a child friendly reading nook, and high chair. The hot tub is great to relax in after the kids go to bed, and we are pet friendly!
