MASTER BEDROOM - King bed + bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large double head rain shower. SECOND BEDROOM - King bed with a private bathroom that has a spacious shower with rain shower heads. THIRD BEDROOM - Two sets of extra-long custom bunk beds and one double bed mattress as under the section of one of the bunks. The room can sleep up to 5 people (2 people on the double mattress). Detached bathroom and standing shower. Please inquire with the host to get an accurate fee quote. The beach is less than a ONE minute walk. The shops and restaurants of Venice Beach are a 3-minute walk from the Penthouse. Marina Del Rey is an extremely safe and close-knit community. The location is ideal because you are less than a block from the beach and the Los Angeles International Airport is only 6 miles away. You are also in close proximity to Venice Beach, The Venice Canal Historic District, and the Venice Pier. All of LA is easily accessible. Hollywood is 15 miles north-west, Disney is less than 40, and Santa Monica is 2 miles north and makes for a lovely bike ride. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ***EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT*** Early check-in/late check-out is $50/hour and will be dependent on availability. We will not be able to confirm an early check-in until after 4 pm on the day before your arrival as we accept same-day bookings until 4 pm. Conversely, We will not be able to confirm a late check out until after 4 pm the day before your departure. Even though we cannot confirm early check-in/late check-out in advance, please let us know in advance so we can notify housekeeping. You will be able to check yourself if early check-in/late check-out is NOT available on your end by seeing if the date before or after is blocked. PETS Pets are not allowed. We will do our best to accommodate any repairs or special requests within 24 hours of receipt of the request.
