Entire Basement, Private Entrance, Gorgeous Views

This beautiful home is situated on the East bench of North Logan with spectacular views of Cache Valley. Our walkout basement doesn’t feel like a basement. Lots of windows and light. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The main couch is very comfortable for sleeping for most adults. We also have two queen air beds and one child sized air bed that can be used in the common areas. You may also use our infrared sauna. The outdoor space has a table and 6 chairs. We also have 2 lounge chairs. There is a gas grill on the patio. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, chest freezer, coffee maker, blender/food processor, toaster, waffle maker, toaster oven, 2 induction burners, griddle/panini maker and small crockpot. We just installed a dishwasher, disposal and washer/dryer. There are extra pillows, blankets, sheets sets and towels. There are some toys and games. We don’t have network TV, but we do have Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+. While we don’t have air conditioning in the basement, it stays cool even on the hottest days. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms.
