Relax at Our guest side of the farm house on a working farm. Main level (1061 square feet) consists of a large eat in custom kitchen stocked with dishes with 10 foot ceilings (496 square feet), large sun room with low windows with deep windowsills (330 square feet) which has a beautiful view of the countryside at the back of the house with a back patio with a picnic table, half bathroom, entryway, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs (1100 square feet) includes 1 bedroom with queen bed which has a balcony with two Rocking Chairs, 1 bedroom with 1 Queen bed and 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds with all 4 beds handmade by Earl and a full bathroom with 70 inch combination bath tub and shower. House includes Full AC and radiant floor heat. Yard is fenced in for your children's' safety. Private driveway was recently paved with parking for 4 vehicles in front of the house. Private Drive is assessable to 3 other homes so there is some thru traffic beyond our farm. Farmhouse is surrounded by farmland with crops ranging from corn, wheat and soybeans. 12 Chickens and 4 pygmy goats are on our meadow across from the front porch. Horse and Buggies often travel past the house. The guest suite is about 2/3 of the house and we live in the other 1/3 of it. We will respect your privacy and you have your own private entrance. We are only an email, phone call or text away to help you with any questions. We offer free WIFI but NO TV. You are welcome to bring your own Screen. No SMOKING and No Pets allowed.
